It has been a pleasure to work with Daphne Latimore and I’m thankful to have had the opportunity to work on her HR leadership team. There wasn’t a day that went by I didn’t learn something from her. In her role as the HR Director, she assisted her leadership team through numerous challenges. One of our most challenging times was to become CMMI level 3 certified in less than a year. Daphne was involved throughout this entire process but was most critical and influential during the interviews. Daphne worked with the team over several months to help: 1.) with presentation skills 2.) carefully evaluate word and phrase choices, and 3.) eliminate unnecessary information to keep the presentation and interview simple. She is patient, and a great leader and mentor. We completed our interviews with great success and achieved our CMMI level 3 certification. Thanks, Daphne!
