Daphne Latimore is the founder and managing partner of DB Latimore Professional Services, which was established in 2011. She is a seasoned HR strategist and executive leadership coach with over 25 years of strategic and operational experience across both the private and public sectors.
As an expert in developing sustainable workforce productivity programs, Daphne specializes in cultivating leaders at all levels within organizations. Her comprehensive approach includes individual performance coaching, group coaching, team facilitation, and work shadowing, all designed to drive engagement and performance.
Daphne’s strong business acumen has been instrumental in transforming workforce productivity to align with corporate objectives. She is also certified to administer and train on key personal assessment tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, LEA 360, and DiSC profile assessment, further enhancing her capacity to develop impactful leadership and organizational strategies.
Daphne has a Master’s in Public Administration from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethune-Cookman College. She received advanced leadership training and development through various corporate university programs, including Oxford University-Said Business School, the University of Michigan, and the University of New Hampshire.
Daphne is passionate about advancing Human Resources as a profession and is committed to ensuring that “PEOPLE” are an organization’s greatest resource. As a result of her commitment, she developed the Productivity Powered by P.E.O.P.L.E. ® workforce productivity framework based on her years of experience working with leaders at all levels to improve the workforce productivity of their organization.
