Hosted during the Summit luncheon, this experience creates space for leaders to step away from daily execution and engage in meaningful dialogue with peers navigating similar challenges.

Through facilitated conversation and shared perspective, participants will explore the leadership decisions, behaviors, and conversations that influence alignment, organizational momentum, and performance.

Leaders leave not with more information, but with broader perspective, greater clarity, and practical insight they can immediately apply within their organizations.
