In partnership with Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, a luxury, all-season destination resort featuring refined accommodations, genuine service,  vibrant sunsets, and diverse opportunities for adventure and serenity, DB Latimore Professional Services Group invites you to attend the 2024 Authenticity Professional Women’s Wellness Weekend.

We’ve designed a space for 20 women to disconnect from the busyness of day-to-day activities and focus on reviving our total well-being.  Join us for an invigorating weekend, as we pause, reflect, restore and revive our wellbeing.
Our Weekend will consist of wellness activities, free time to take advantage of the resort’s phenomenal spa experience, group activities, and more.

Your itinerary includes:

  • Wellness Sampler: Let our instructor guide you through a blend of breathing exercises,  seated yoga or meditation to relax your mind, body & spirit.
  • On your Own Wellness activities at the Woodlands Spa or Other Resort Activities
  • Health and Nutrition Learn healthy methods of living a productive life without sacrificing your well-being. Gain tools you can apply to your life, work, and relationships beyond the retreat.

Daphne B. Latimore is the founder and Managing Partner of D.B. Latimore Professional Services Group, a boutique firm specializing in Human Resource Management, Professional Coaching Services, Small Group Facilitation, and Workforce Seminars.
