March is my favorite month of the year. For me it represents a month of transition, reflection and curiosity. March is accentuated by the Spring Equinox, when the earth is perpendicular to the Sun’s rays. In simple terms, it is when night and day are exactly the same length of time—12 hours all over the world. The equinox is celebrated as a time of rebirth.
