Workforce Behaviors to Foster a Culture of Inclusion

Program Description: An experiential understanding of disrupting behaviors that prevent a culture of inclusion.  Our comprehensive program is designed to define, identify, and prevent negative behaviors through positive behavior strategies. These positive strategies will bring awareness to Unconscious/Implicit Biases, Discriminatory Behaviors and Harassment tactics.

Program Outcomes:

  • Awareness of positive and negative behaviors associated with Unconscious Bias

HR Operations – Strengthening Your HR Muscle  

Program Description: As HR Practitioners we are called upon to provide coaching, group facilitation and to participate on or lead cross functional teams to ensure that the knowledge, skills, abilities and performance of the workforce meet current and future organizational and individual needs.

In this workshop, we have teamed with Verdun Adventure Bound to create an experiential learning environment with activities to enhance the capabilities of HR Practitioners in four key areas. Our program is parallel to team building corporate programs offered by Verdun.

Title: Project Management Standards for Developing Internal HR Organizational Effectiveness 

Program Description: Successful human resource professionals must call forth skills in leadership, organization, planning, and understanding of the essential aspects of project management.
